STORE POLICY
NEW PHONE SALES
New phones may be returned or exchanged within 48 hours but are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be in perfect working condition with no visible damage, defect or alteration/upgrade to the operating software. In the event the phone you wish to exchange for is not in stock, CELL2FIX will not offer store credit. CELL2FIX takes no responsibility for manufacturer’s defects and does not honour the manufacturer’s warranty.
USED PHONE SALES
Used phones with a purchase price of over $50 come with a limited two week. We do not warranty the LCD, digitizer or any physical or water damage. Phones with a purchase price of less than $50 have no warranty and are sold as is.
PHONE REPAIRS
CELL2FIX is not responsible for any problems or software/hardware issues not disclosed in advance of the repair. When the repair is complete, please check your device carefully to ensure that everything is working correctly. CELL2FIX is not responsible for missing or damaged equipment once it has left the premises. We offer a limited 30 day warranty on all repairs with the exception of LCD or digitizer replacement and are not responsible for lost media, data or contact information. CELL2FIX will not hold any repaired device left at our store for more than 30 days after notification of completion. Please have your receipt when picking up repaired devices. Items will not be released without a receipt.
UNLOCKING
Unlocking a phone does not guarantee that it will work with all providers. Please check with your provider before unlocking your phone.
BUYING PHONES
CELL2FIX does not buy stolen or lost phones. Please have original sales receipt when selling your phone. Valid government picture ID may also be required.
